Steel properties

ECONOMIC

Frame material steel is a lightweight and robust material. Steel production is efficient and is a versatile recyclable material. Steel is reliably and easily interconnected with other materials. A short and controlled construction period reduces risks and the capital invested in the property produces faster.

FLEXIBLE

The adaptability of structures and spaces is good during the design and operation phase. The strong steel feature allows for large uniform spaces when needed. Steel can be worked on the site in a versatile way, if necessary or as an alternative to modular construction and prefabricated construction.

SHORT CONSTRUCTION TIME

The erection of the steel frame is fast. Lightweight and dimensional components can be easily and quickly interconnected.  Connecting technology is not prone to weather changes. The short construction period also saves labour and capital costs.

DURABLE

The long-term resistance of steel structures has been studied to be the best on the market. Steel does not burn, does not skin and is suitable for all climatic conditions. The connection technique is not susceptible to weather changes, so even when it is installed does not matter. The need for maintenance is very low, which reduces lifecycle costs. User experiences include skyscrapers for single-family houses and bridges.

LIGHT

Steel is a lightweight material (hard weighs only a third of the weight of a wooden spine). The cost of transporting components is small and it is easier to process and install. The cost of setting up a steel-built house is lower.

ECOLOGICAL

The choice of building materials can affect our common environment. It is important that buildings are made long-lasting and low in energy-consuming. Steel is an ecologically inexpensive material because steel grades always include recycled material and at the end of the life cycle steel is always recyclable. In the manufacture of an element, structures or modular structures, prefabricated components do not generate waste. If necessary, each component can be removed and reused.
