Projects and solutions
The design has taken into account the EU's design criteria for adaptability, dismantlability and recyclability as the first Finnish building.
Life cycle design
The design of the Pyörre House has started to move ahead of the top of the circular economy. We have paid special attention to recyclability in the selection of products and services. The selection criteria have included that as many products as possible would have been made from raw materials using recycled material, fully recycled materials, or could be recycled at the end of their life cycle.
The recyclable benefits of building materials in Pyörre House go beyond the climate damage of building material manufacturing. The benefits of recyclability are up to twice as great as the emissions from the building's energy consumption.

The Finnish Liune is a door that slides inside the wall, suitable for all the spaces in the home. This has convinced the market with both its technical features and stunning style.
Habito® also suitable for use in wet rooms. The disc has an EPD environmental statement, an M1 indoor air classification and a CE marking.
Stopdigging is a Swedish company that has created and developed a ground screw, a modern and cost-effective ground anchoring suitable for both large and small construction projects.
Thermo profile is the perfect frame solution for elements and façades. It is made of an environmentally friendly hot-mounted steel thin plate and is shaped like a cross-section grapple-shaped profile.
One of the innovations is geopolymer concrete under development, which has great potential as a building material for the future.
Ergonomic Gypsteel steel profiles are lighter and faster to install than ordinary sheer steel skeletons.
Kerabit Nature is the most low-carbon water margin on the market. A significant part of the product's bitumen has been replaced by tall oil.
Cold-formed, hot-installed open profiles manufactured with roll forming technology.
Curved Pyörre profiles are an example of Aulis Lundell Oy's experience in roller forming technology. The hat lists made of hot-chipred steel thin plate became one of the enablers of the house.
Steel as a module frame material brings a unique combination of strength and lightness to the structure: a module with a steel frame weighing more than a third less than the corresponding wood-framed module.
"Aulis Lundell Oy's operations are based on sound planning. It is the responsibility of the designer to look beyond the life of the building, all the way to demolition."
